Arrival window
We will arrive at the scheduled time you have selected for your booking (+/- 30 min) provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll let you know!
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes or cancellations are made 48 hours before the day of service to avoid incurring a $50 change/cancellation fee.
If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away (same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.
A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but you are not charged until service is completed and you will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just pre-authorization.
